Email design, development & implementation for Australia's biggest apartment hotel chain.
Quest is Australia's largest and fastest-growing apartment hotel operator. They reached out to Mighty Oak for help redesigning their monthly B2B & B2C campaigns — bringing the emails more in line with their brand identity whilst embracing the premium aspect of their latest properties and advertising.
Mighty Oak redesigned & developed their email campaigns; not only making them much brighter, on-brand and easy-to-read, but also better at responding to user needs — so key information like access to offers & contact details was brought front and centre, whilst making the most of Quest's stunning editorial content and imagery. The emails were fully responsive for mobile devices, developed and tested for every screen and inbox, and even pulled in the brand's web font for a truly unique email campaign.
We also worked together to launch Quest Online Advantage — Quest's new booking and membership portal — so Mighty also designed & developed transactional emails to be sent from Salesforce which included personalisation & a few cute GIFs.
Within just a few months, Quest have seen a noticeable increase (5–10%) in opens and click-throughsundefined. We continue to work together every month as well as on special campaigns and Salesforce transactional emails.
Quest also drafted in Mighty to help launch "Work. Play. Sleep. Repeat." — their biggest (and award-winning, might we add) advertising campaign to date, aimed at the business traveller. Originally starting with just email creative, the project expanded to include video content, animation, presentation decks and our work even inspired some of the creative for Quest's out of home advertising at Sydney Airport, handled by Melbourne's wonderful Cyclone Creative.
